Turning Install unknown apps off again once the file is in place stops that browser from adding other files without a warning.
Apple does carry a 20Bet app, published by TechSolutions Group NV, but the listing is regional. I found it in the Canadian and New Zealand App Store records, while the UK and Bulgaria stores returned nothing when I checked. The web app is the 20Bet site with an install manifest, so it opens in a standalone window behind its own icon instead of a browser tab. 20Bet pitches it as a way to skip the App Store, stay up to date and save storage, and it promises push alerts too. On Android the 20Bet steps are to open the site in Chrome, tap Add to Home screen and then Install, and the site also picks up the Chrome install prompt.

The mobile site I opened in a phone-sized browser keeps a hamburger menu, the 20BET logo and green Login and orange Sign Up buttons at the top.
