At an earlier check, BetLabel offered three phone routes: an Android APK, a home screen web app for iPhone and the plain mobile website. I checked Google Play and the App Store and found no BetLabel listing in either, so neither store carries the brand. New accounts can add the BetLabel promo code WINHAP during registration.
Yes, in two forms. At an earlier check, the BetLabel mobile page offered a dedicated Android application as an APK file, and iPhone users were pointed to a Progressive Web App added to the home screen from Safari. Players who skip both can open the mobile website in any phone browser.
At the last check, the mobile registration form asked for an email address, with a note recommending Gmail for notifications, then a currency, a password and a Promo code field, followed by a choice of welcome offer and a green Register control. The bottom navigation bar listed Sports, Casino, Bet slip, Register and Menu in that order.

Apple devices get BetLabel as a web app rather than an App Store download. At an earlier check, the operator described this order:

The icon opens BetLabel in full screen without the Safari address bar. My App Store search found no native BetLabel app, so this web app is the iOS route the operator itself names.
Several third party portals list apps named Betlabel, and some come from unrelated developers. None of those listings links back to the operator, and installing one means trusting a file of unknown origin with access to the phone.

The Android route relies on an APK, and my Google Play search found no BetLabel listing. At an earlier check, the operator steps also required allowing installations from unknown sources.

I checked the Curacao Gaming Authority certificate at cert.cga.cw for licence OGL/2024/1653/0930. It names TechWave B.V., company number 165594, as the licensee, licensed by the Curacao Gaming Control Board since 16 April 2025 under the National Ordinance on Games of Chance.
The certificate showed the B2C application status as Granted and the licence status as Active. Its approved domain list included betlabel.com next to other brands of the same company, so the app routes lead to a licensed operator domain.
