Arsenal interested in Galatasaray defender

Arsenal are ramping up interest in Galatasaray defender Viktor Nelson, transfer pundit Rudi Galetti claims. The Emirates are looking for a new centre-back following the injury to Jurien Timber and the uncertain future of Gabriel Magalles. It is because of this that the club already has a list of potential transfer targets, one of which is precisely the 24-year-old Dane.

Nelson's contract has a €25 million buyout clause, which is entirely within Arsenal's power. In addition, he can play in several defensive positions as well as a defensive midfielder role.
