Barcelona is ready to pay 40 million for an Atalanta striker

Barcelona are interested in young Atalanta striker Rasmus Heylund. The 19-year-old Dane has impressed since the start of the season in Serie A, with 15 appearances and 4 goals so far. Barca are worried that if they slow down, a club from England could overtake them and sign Heylund. The Catalans are ready to offer 40 million euros for the teenager.

The Dane is a former football player of FC Copenhagen and Sturm (Graz). It was in the Austrian team that he hinted at his potential and last summer he was attracted by Atalanta for 17 million euros.
