Bobby Green with his second consecutive success in the UFC

Veteran Bobby Green (31-14-1) recorded a knockout in the main event of UFC Vegas 80, which took place earlier today at the APEX Center in Las Vegas. The American knocked out Grant Dawson in the first round after just 33 seconds of action. The 37-year-old athlete from California was considered an underdog in the fight, but showed that he is still a fighter who should not be written off. With that performance, Green also earned a $50,000 bonus. It was the second consecutive success for Green. In July, he knocked Tony Ferguson unconscious with a choke hold.
