Chelsea and Arsenal have agreed on the transfer fee for Jorginho

Arsenal are closing in on Chelsea midfielder Jorginho. According to the latest information on the Island, the "blues" have given permission to the Italian to negotiate with the "gunners" on his personal terms.

The two clubs have already agreed a transfer fee, which David Ornstein believes will be in the region of £12m, despite the player's contract at Chelsea expiring in half a year.
