Chelsea in talks for Arsenal striker

Chelsea have opened talks for Arsenal striker Folarin Balogun. At Stamford Bridge, it seems they will continue with the summer signings and have had a look at the 22-year-old American, who has to fill the hole left by Christopher Nkunku, who suffered a serious injury, writes "Daily Mail".

Chelsea are not the only club interested in Balogun. He is also wanted by Inter, Monaco and Fulham. However, the high price of 50 million euros set by Arsenal has so far turned away suitors for his signature.

At Stamford Bridge, however, they seem to have no problem continuing with serious spending and will not hesitate to pay the amount requested by the Gunners, regardless of the fact that they have already splashed out over 350 million euros on new players.

Balogun is a teenager at Arsenal, but so far he has not been able to establish himself in the first team of the "gunners" and has been sent out on loan several times. Last season, he drew attention to himself with his strong performances for Rennes, where he scored 22 goals and made 3 assists in 39 games for the French club.
