Eric Garcia will be ready for the derby with Espanyol
Barcelona defender Eric Garcia has resumed training with his teammates after recovering from a thigh injury that took him out of action for almost two months.
The 21-year-old footballer is now completely healthy and will be able to take part in the match with Espanyol on Sunday, "Sport" writes.
Garcia's return is good news for coach Xavi Hernandez, who has had very limited options at the center of defense following the injuries of Clement Langle and Samuel Yumtiti. 
Thus, the coach will be able to choose between Garcia, Gerard Pique and Ronald Araujo for the central pair for the meeting with Espanyol.
Before the injury, Garcia was a starter in the Barça squad. Since the beginning of the season, he has recorded 20 games in all competitions.
