FIFA appointed Adriana Lima as ambassador of the organization

Brazilian supermodel Adriana Lima has become a global fan ambassador for the international soccer federation FIFA, the organization itself announced.

"When you meet Adriana, you immediately feel her warmth, kindness and how open and passionate she is about football. She lives and breathes our game. That's why she can be a great link between FIFA and fans around the world," said president Gianni Infantino.

Lima will participate in international events dedicated to football fans. The first of these will be the presentation of the fans' award in the annual FIFA rankings tonight in Paris. In 2021, the football fans of the national teams of Denmark and Finland were announced as winners of the ranking.
