Five clubs hoped to have Mbappe

Five clubs are interested in PSG superstar Kylian Mbappe after the club placed him on the transfer list due to the striker's unwillingness to extend his contract, reports Marca. The first of them is Real Madrid, which has been for a long time the absolute favourite for Mbappe's next club. Los Blancos intention is to wait a year and bring in the striker next summer as a free agent. Another team keen to sign the 24 years old is Saudi Al-Hilal, from where they have made a spectacular bid for the French international.

According to Nicolo Schira, it is a 3 years contract with a salary of 400 million euros per season. The remaining 3 clubs are from the Premier League- Manchester United, Tottenham and Chelsea. The interest of the red devil  is not tied to the possibility of the club being bought by Qatar investors. The president of Spurs Daniel Levy is in close contact with his colleague Nasser Al Khelaifi over PSG's desire to attract Harry Kane.

Meanwhile, the Blues need to be careful with their bid for Mbappe as they are being watched by UEFA over their financial situation and need player sales before they can enter the race for the French champions' top scorer.The  Spain and France are adamant that Mbappe's desire remains to play for Real Madrid in a year's time, and that he is even ready to spend the upcoming season on the Parisians bench to fulfill his goal.
