Florida won 7-1 over Dallas in the NHL
The Florida Panthers recorded a crushing 7-1 victory over the visiting Dallas Stars in a regular season match of the National Hockey League of the United States and Canada (NHL), played last night in the Sunny State.
Until the ninth minute, the hosts were leading 2-0, after goals from Gustav Forsling and Anthony Duckler. The second period was followed by four new unanswered goals for the Panthers, which were the work of Carter Verhaeg, Jonat Huberdo and Sam Bennett, who scored twice. The only goal for Dallas came 66 seconds after the start of the last part, and the final 7: 1 was scored by Bennett, who scored his hat trick 4:06 before the siren.
With its 25th win in 37 games since the start of the season, Florida ranks first in the Atlantic Division with 55 points, as much as their second Tampa Bay. However, the champion of the last two seasons has played two more matches so far. In their next match, the Florida team will host Columbus.
