Inter have reached an agreement with Bayern for Pavar
Inter have reached a full agreement with Bayern (Munich) for the attraction of defender Benjamin Pavard, reported in Italy. It is a question of a transfer fee of 30 million euros plus 2-3 million in the form of bonuses, and the player himself will sign a five-year contract at a salary of 5 million euros per season.
Although Bayern want to find a replacement for Pawar first before selling him, the defender is expected to leave for Milan in the next 24 hours and thus undergo his medical tomorrow or Thursday. It is understood the club had hoped to keep hold of the France international, whose contract expires next summer, but he wished to seek a new challenge.
The 27-year-old footballer spent four seasons at the Allianz Arena, in which he recorded 163 games with 12 goals and 12 assists. In Inter they were looking for someone to play on the right in the defense of the team of three players. Pawar is perfectly suited for this purpose, himself also preferring to play closer to the center of defense rather than at right-back.
