Inter started the controls with a win

Inter thrashed Pergoletese 10-0 in their first pre-season game. Several of the new signings made their debuts for Simone Inzaghi's side and Lautaro Martinez hit 4 goals in the second half. Jan Bisek started in defence, partnering Alessandro Bastoni and Stefan De Frei, while Marcus Thuram operated alongside Joaquin Correa in forward positions until the break.

Correa and Bastoni scored after headers, and the third goal for Inter was the work of Hakan Calhanoolu. By the end of the first half, Denzel Dumfries also scored. Lautaro Martinez made it 5-0 shortly after coming on, and then Sebastiano Esposito was on target. By the end, Martinez scored three penalties, and Henrikh Mkhitaryan was among the scorers. The Nerazzurri will continue their preparations with a match in Japan against Al-Nasser on July 27.
