LA Lakers beat Memphis to keep playoff hopes alive
Anthony Davis scored 30 points and grabbed a season-high 22 rebounds as the Los Angeles Lakers beat Memphis 112-103. Dennis Schroder, Rui Hachimura and Austin Reaves each scored 17 points, and the Lakers are 5-2 after the All-Star break and 3-2 since LeBron James was injured. Jared Jackson Jr. scored 26 points and Tyus Jones added 16 for Memphis.
Washington won 119:117 against the Detroit team, which suffered its ninth consecutive defeat. Daniel Gafford scored the winning basket with the siren, and Bradley Beal led the Wizards with 32 points, 7 rebounds and 7 assists. Kristaps Porzingis recorded 24 points and 7 rebounds.
Jaden Ivey was the most useful for Detroit with 26 points and 12 assists. James Wiseman scored 21 points and Marvin Bagley III and Eugene Omorui each added 15. The game was originally scheduled for Feb. 1, but was postponed after the Pistons were unable to fly from Dallas due to inclement weather.
