Manchester City continue negotiations for RB Leipzig defender Josko Guardiol. Attracting the Croatian is a priority for Josep Guardiola and the club is doing everything possible to bring him to the Etihad, reported Fabrizio Romano.

The two sides haven't yet to finalize the player's price. RB Leipzig insist on receiving 100 million as a fixed sum, while the "citizens" hope to agree on a deferred payment or a lower sum, plus bonuses. So far, the clubs still cannot find a point of intersection, but this does not mean that the negotiations have ended, and they will continue in the coming days.
