Milan is also involved in the battle for Zaniolo
Seven-time European club champions Milan are joining the battle to sign Niccolo Zaniolo, according to Sportitalia. Juventus and Tottenham are believed to have a serious interest in Roma's attacking midfielder, but the Rossoneri are also considering preparing an offer for the 22-year-old talent.
Zaniolo's contract with the Wolves expires in the summer of 2024. At this stage it is not clear whether the player will sign a new contract with the club from the Italian capital. This ambiguity could lead Roma to consider a potential sale of the footballer in the summer.
According to Sportitalia from Milan, they have already contacted people close to Zaniolo, who have clearly shown that they are also interested in the Italian national team.
Most recently, Roma general manager Thiago Pinto said there were "no guarantees" that Gianniolo would stay at Olimpico next season.
