Minnesota with a convincing win over Oklahoma

Minnesota dealt at home with the resistance of Oklahoma City with 120:95 and took the eighth place for the playoffs in the Western Conference of the NBA. Karl-Anthony Towns played one of his best games of the season and helped Minnesota with 28 points, 11 rebounds and 3 assists to set up a first-round playoff matchup with Nikola Jokic's Denver.

Towns played in just 29 games during the regular season because of a calf injury that took four months to heal. The visitors trailed throughout the game, and in the third period Shai Gilges-Alexander was elbowed by Rudy Gober, but managed to get back into the game. Gilges-Alexander finished with 22 points, 7 rebounds and 3 assists for Oklahoma City.
