Modric: We need to calm down

The midfielder of Real Madrid - Luka Modric, commented on the loss of his team with the minimum 0:1 against Barcelona in the first 1/2-final match for the King's Cup. The Croatian appreciated the performance of his teammates despite the defeat.

"We played well today. We lacked success in attack, we created a few chances. I think our game was good enough. We have to calm down, hope to achieve more and win the second leg.

Every time we play, we are optimistic. We created enough chances to score but we couldn't. I believe we were better," commented Modric, quoted by the Spanish newspaper AS. The return match between Barcelona and Real Madrid at Camp Nou is on April 5 (Wednesday).
