Newcastle are close to signing Harvey Barnes

Newcastle are close to signing Leicester winger Harvey Barnes. The two clubs have already reached an agreement in principle for the transfer, and the footballer himself has said "yes" and specified his personal terms with the "magpies", reports "Telegraph".
