Newcastle officially announced the high-profile transfer
Sandro Tonali is officially a Newcastle player. The transfer, for which the Magpies and Milan agreed ten days ago, was announced on the website of the English club. Newcastle did not disclose the financial parameters of the deal, but according to Fabrizio Romano it is worth 70 million euros with bonuses.
Milan will also receive 10% of any future sale of the midfielder. The player's contract runs until the summer of 2028. The sale is a record for Milan, and Tonali also becomes the most expensive Italian football player in history.
