Paddy Pimblett has announced when he intends to return

MMA sensation Paddy Pimblett (20-3) hopes the fight fans will be on his side again when he announces his next fight. The Brit recorded a controversial victory in his last appearance in the Octagon. After a three-round fight with Jared Gordon, the judges awarded the victory to him.

This happened in December 2022. Pimblett claimed he did what was necessary to win the fight, but fans and his fellow fighters disagreed. This caused him to retreat from the public eye, but now he plans to win back the fans' love.

"I can not wait. I hope to fight before the end of the year and kick someone in the head. I was very bad in my last fight. I know people only remember your last fight. When I come back, everyone will be kissing my ass again," the Liverpool fighter said on his YouTube channel. The 28-year-old underwent ankle surgery in March, which sidelined him for some time.

This prompted him to announce in another interview that he most likely won't be back in 2023, but is now hopeful that he will step into the cage again this year. Pimblett may not have had much luck with his health and career in recent months, but he recently boasted an achievement in love. He married his partner Laura.
