Philadelphia overcame a slow start to beat Brooklyn for the second time

The Philadelphia 76ers took a 2-0 lead in the series against the Brooklyn Nets after a second consecutive home victory, this time with 96-84. Above all for the team from the old capital was Tyrees Maxey, who scored 33 points, including six three-pointers. Tobias Harris and Joel Embiid scored another 20 points each, making up for the shaky performance of Philadelphia's main playmaker James Harden, who finished with eight points.

Cameron Johnson played a very strong game for the guests, who led at halftime with 49:44. He scored 28 points, including five three-pointers. Mikel Bridges added 21 points for the Nets, but of all the other players, only Spencer Dinwiddie finished in double figures with 12 points. The next game in the series, which moves to New York, is Thursday night against Friday.
