Salah Mohamed's agent remains loyal to Liverpool

Mohamed Salah's agent has dismissed speculation linking the Liverpool forward with a move to Saudi Arabia, adding that the 31-year-old Egypt international "remains loyal" to the club. Media in the Middle East claim that talks are underway between Salah's representatives and Al-Ittihad over a deal worth more than £155m and a two-year term. Salah's former team-mate Fabinho has already moved to Al-Ittihad this summer in a £40m transfer.

Salah, who has scored 139 goals in 231 Premier League games, recently signed a new three-year contract with Liverpool. A representative of the Egyptian has stated that the former Chelsea and Roma striker has no intention of leaving Anfield. "If we were going to leave Liverpool this year we wouldn't have renewed his contract last summer. Mohamed remains loyal to the Reds," Salah's agent Rami Abbas wrote on Twitter.
