Ten Haag presented the award to De Gea

Manchester United keeper David De Gea has received the Golden Glove award, which the Premier League presents at the end of each season to the goalkeeper with the most clean sheets. The Spaniard, who played in all 38 of the Red Devils' league games, registered 17 clean sheets - three more than Alisson Becker, Nick Pope and Aaron Ramsdale.

United manager Erin Ten Hag personally presented the award to De Gea, who has yet to sign a new contract with the club. "I think even at that age he's shown he can progress. And in the match against Fulham, he made a great save (b.ed. De Gea saved a penalty when the score was 0:1 in favor of the visitors). If the score had been 0:2, it would have been very difficult to win the match. His save was the turning point," Ten Haag said in his post-match press conference.
