The management of Bayern has met with Thomas Müller

The directors of Bayern (Munich) Hasan Salihamidzic and Oliver Kahn have contacted Thomas Muller and met with him after rumors of a possible departure of the footballer, reports "Bild". During the meeting, Bayern's management made it clear to Muller that the club will continue to rely on him. The Munich bosses have assured the striker that they would like him to finish his career at the Bavarian club.

The 34-year-old Müller's contract with the Bavarians runs until 2024. Earlier in the media there were rumors of a possible departure of the player due to the little playing time he is getting under head coach Thomas Tuchel. Thomas Müller is a Bayern youth player and has been playing for the team since 2008, winning all sorts of trophies with the club.
