The three-time NBA champion became Vezenkov's teammate

Sacramento signed JaVale McGee, the National Basketball Association (NBA) club confirmed. The veteran will be a teammate of the Bulgarian national team Alexander Vezenkov. McGee last played in Dallas, where his stint with the Texas State team lasted 13 months. The 35-year-old center had signed a three-season contract with the Mavericks. JaVale McGee averaged 4.4 points and 2.5 rebounds per game last season in 42 games (7 as a starter).

The center has played in the NBA since 2008 after being selected in the first round of the draft by Washington. McGee has three league titles, two with Golden State (2017 and 2018) and one with the Los Angeles Lakers (2020). The seasoned basketball player won an Olympic gold medal with Team USA during the Tokyo Games.
