There's a deal Chelsea have accepted Manchester City's bid for Kovacic

Midfielder Mateo Kovacic will become Manchester City's first new signing of the summer after the English champions reached an agreement with Chelsea, reports Fabrizio Romano. The London club accepted the Citizens' offer of £25m plus another £5m for more City titles. The Croatian's personal terms were agreed two weeks ago, so all that remains is for him to pass his medical, which will take place in the coming days.

Thus, Manchester will become the next top club, whose team will be carried by the 29-year-old player who defended the colors not only of Chelsea, but also of Inter and Real Madrid. He arrived at Stamford Bridge in the summer of 2019 when the Londoners paid Los Blancos €45 million for him. Since then, the four-time Champions League trophy winner has made 221 appearances for the Blues, scoring 6 goals and providing 15 assists.
