What happened in the NBA Jokic leads Denver to another victory, Embiid above all for the success over Boston

The Denver Nuggets won 108-105 at home to the Golden State Warriors in one of the most anticipated clashes of the season in the National Basketball Association. Led by center Nikola Jokic, who scored 35 points and grabbed 13 rebounds, the Cubs cruised to victory in the matchup between the last two league champions. The hosts had a lead in the score for almost the entire game, but at the beginning of the last quarter, they found themselves trailing 76:81. However, Nuggets playmaker Reggie Jackson played very strong minutes at the end, scoring 10 of his 20 points in the final quarter.

Despite his strong game, Jokic could end up being the culprit for Denver at the end. With the score 107:105, the Serbian missed two free throws and gave the ball to Steph Curry. However, the star of the Warriors also failed to score during his attack on the Denver basket, and so the home team congratulated themselves with their eighth success since the beginning of the season. After Jokic and Jackson, Michael Porter Jr. was third in scoring for the winners with 14 points. In the Golden State team, Steph Curry scored 23 points, and Klay Thompson scored 15.

In the derby at the top of the Eastern Conference, the Philadelphia 76ers defeated the Boston Celtics at home with 106:103. The first battle of the season between the two great rivals in the Atlantic Division went completely in favor of the Sixers, who also achieved their sixth consecutive victory. Above everyone in the game was Joel Embiid. The winner of the "Most Valuable Player" award filled the statistics with 27 points, 10 rebounds and 4 umbrellas, and Philadelphia did not relinquish the lead for a second midway through the second quarter. Tyrese Maxey scored another 25 points for the Sixers, and Tobias Harris scored 17. Kristaps Porzingis scored 29 points for the Boston team, which suffered its second straight loss.

The Latvian, however, did not get help from the two big stars of the "Celtics" - Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown, who scored only 16 and 11 points, respectively, and shot a total of 10 of 27 from the field. A very heavy defeat was recorded by the Los Angeles Lakers team, who were beaten 94:128 when visiting the Houston Rockets. "Ezerniatsi" suffered a third straight loss after trailing by at least 7 points in each of the quarters of the game. Jaylen Green was the top scorer for Houston with 28 points, which were scored within the first three quarters. Turkish center Alperen Shengyun added 19 more points for the fourth consecutive success of the "Rockets", and Ja'Sean Tate scored 14 points off the bench. For the Lakers, the Japanese Rui Hachimura scored 24 points, D'Angelo Russell added 22, and veteran LeBron James scored another 18 points.
